Forklift Mechanic

Maintains serviceability by completing preventative maintenance requirements and repairs to include hydraulic systems and electrical systems. Repairs and upgrades forklift trucks by identifying problems, conducting test and finding resolutions.
Must have a valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record.
Must have own tools.
Must be able to work weekends, overtime and holidays.

• Repairs and upgrades forklift trucks by listening to operators description of malfunction; conducting tests, identifying problem and resolution.
• Maintains vehicle maintenance and operational history by initiating and updating records.
• Maintains safe work environment by verifying vehicle safety device operation; following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
